Did Great Axe drop in q7 max damage? Reason I am asking is because someone is offering me a q8 Great Axe +15 w/h for 5a. I figure the price would be based on if it is truly max or not. Should I pick up this axe or is it a rip? I understand the mod isn't very desirable, but at least its a prenerf.
