Max I’m assuming? If so then it’s prenerf so it’s definitely not trash. Got a pic?

Even if it is not max, it still is prenerf. Restoration requirement items don’t drop OS anymore.
As for price, whatever a collector is willing to pay for it. List it for sale and see where it goes, if you’re planning on selling it.

even without resto req it would be prenerf^^ such staves used to go for 1-15a depending on how much some1 is willing to spend
