sadly most commonly found q8 shield skin, q8 in str is not really necessary for anything plus it's just blue. You can get 10-20e but will be a little tough.

blue q8s usually go for 20-50e, if red says this is one of the more common skins id believe him and say its on the lower end of the spectrum
