here's the recorded highest dmg ranges for any req: GW gear stat ranges and Gallery - Rebirth
Indeed 10-35 is max for q6. 10-xx scythes aren't too rare - but they only come up to 35 higher dmg. A insc max for req specimen is nice yet there is (to my knowledge) no specific use for this. Might be some odd sc niche market opens or anything but other than that it's a collectorpiece. I'd not expect much more than 15e but maybe...
