Did players who missed the 15th anniversary event lose the chance at the new skills? Please dont tell me my wife and I have to wait a whole year to get these skills. If so that is just unfair to tons of part time players. I can see the weapons but skills should be available at all times.

Players who missed the 15th anniversary event can still get the new skills. All you need to do is enter the areas together with someone who obtained the Proof of Triumph during the event and who has it in their inventory.
