Erm, unless I'm missing something, that's junk... I can't think of why that would be valuable..

You're missing something Max ;). In speed clears assassins sometimes need to attack for energy, but this way they deal some damage if they can only put 3 attribute points in dagger mastery. Atleast this is why I used them. Think they sell for 10e or so.
