hello, I can't quit '' war in kryta '', which causes a damn npc to follow me in some areas and doesn't let me farm alone (and it affects spawn also) Do I need to finish everything until I get an option like memories of purity?

Unfortunately WiK doesn't offer a Memories of Purity type quest or any other way to opt out of the content. It begins automatically when you complete Proph or EotN and can't be disabled until you complete the entire questline.

and make sure you have none of the wanted quests in your log--those will spawn the npcs as well
