unsure of how to value this as some crystallines seem to be worth quite a lot.

Just got q11 16under and q11 16hexed off Chevy for 20e per.
The only ones that would have decent value, in my opinion, are q9 with max mods (ie 14over, 14ench, 14stance).
That said, maybe list it and see where it goes. Id probably bid something comparable on it.
