afaik 15^50s are not worth that much because people just don't want them. there are some exceptions: i was once told that i would get paid handsomely if i found a q9 15^50 zodiac daggers set. so it's really how rare the skin in/what someone is willing to pay. i thought i had been extremely lucky to get a q9 15^50 oni daggers but i then a friend of mine said they were only 30e... and i got another pair a few months later from NM, and a different friend got a pair as well, like on the same day. 15^50 is whatever someone will pay. I think 50e is a good price to start bidding if you are selling it. but tbh since its perfect and since prices keep creeping higher and higher, 50e really is not that much for a perfect skin--hell, a q9 inscribable ironwing bow should be at least 20e right? but for an os one with perfect req and insc only twice the price? doesn't seem right.

there could be some builds that would benefit from having extra points available for a bit less base damage from the weapon if it doesnt have max dmg at q8. if it is max damage at q8 then there could be a large benefit.

i think if you really want to spam glimmering light there are better ways to do it that require fewer slots for energy--either going another primary profession which has better ene management or /mesmer with inspiration things. if you cast glimmering light on recharge, it will be 148hp per cast with divine favor. but your energy managment is so vulnerable to enchantment rip, which is standard for all mesmers and necros, that as soon as you win 1 match against anyone that has a mes or nec already, made, the next match they will come back and build wars you down. that is probably true of any setup in RA, but this one is extremely vulnerable to enchant removal.
if you're bringing guardian you dont need bonettis, but you would bring return or dash with guardian anyway (dont forget to put crippling mod on your sword/spear if you bring return).
-
if youre going to run tactics so low, you might as well go /sin with return and dash

gwpvx.com is a longstanding community of people who discuss different builds and it is very organized and moderated. I would take your ideas there and submit a few build ideas or team comps. I have made the following builds myself recently:

On the global scope, ... certain concerns regarding that subject, you're welcome to express them by leaving a comment on this article's talk page. It's the link of which at least two staff members of ArenaNet are aware about.
Arenanet knows that GW1 has a small community that is very dedicated, and they know it is a good game. They will continue to support it as long as it has players, from what I have heard. It is true that the budget for GW1 might be 1/100th of what it is for GW2, which means that routine maintenance and banwaves are all they can afford to invest from a business standpoint.
Without a police force in the game, PvP will finally die with interrupt bots and whatever else, and PvE will become so inflated that the market will crash. I am surprised it has not happened already. "Those who cannot learn from History are doomed to repeat it." Right before WWI (afaik) Germany was printing so many Marks (Germany currency) that 1 dollar equalled 4 billion Marks or something insane like that. And bakers would not accept anything less than a wheelbarrowfull of Marks for a loaf of bread. The massive inflation caused a massive devaluation of the currency and the house of cards fell down.
In this state of the game, the high end market is the only thing preventing the entire economy from collapsing, and the high end market is on its last match: prenerf items/limited items. what happens when the wealthiest botters have nothing left to buy? what are they going to do with their money? it's not just going to disappear.
i really know nothing about economics so forgive my doomsaying and projecting. in order to keep PvP alive at least, legitimate players will be forced to move "underguild"--pvp can only take place in unranked scrimmages between trusted guildmates, however, this destroys any real competition and prestige that comes with winning the MAT--no more gold capes. let's not forget that even the most prestigious in-game award that exists in my opinion, a gold cape, is now being sold for armbraces. i think people got complacent with GvG and left GW2 because of hundred-player WvW battles. They thought that everything that could be discovered had been and gave up. I like to think differently.
I think GW1 is a great game because there are virtually infinite possible permutations of play with respect to builds, attributes, equipment, and tactics, something that is severely limited in GW2. It is a lot more creative than GW2 in this way from my cursory knowledge of the latter.
I think we need to do everything we can to keep the community strong, interacting together, and learning to develop diplomacy with botters which allows for what we want--high supplies of pcons and super rare OS items to even exist--and lets what we don't--2000a items and volatile markets--cease.
A lot of this post is tangential to the issue at hand. My apologies.

your website shows trades from kamadan man
How about we all go to Denravi ?
Pros : No bots bcs they'll have to be ran there & banned once here because of players report
Warmer
Cool looking outpost
Nostalgia
HoD Sword/Axe
Carlotta & Shadow
Two Xunlai Chests
Designed to be a capital
Droods everywhere as well as a fountain.
This will not solve the bot problem. Botters will lie, cheat, and steal, in order to make money while they sleep.

a few issues and im sorry if people have mentioned them already.
1. people can form PUG fow/uw/doa/deep/urgoz groups again if all trading and elite mission forming is taking place in the same outpost. it's just efficient and gets people "in the door." [edit: people can even form SOOSC, dungeons, or anything else from embark and travel instantly to the necessary outpost by one of the [___ Travel] npcs.]
2. embark has a party size of 8 and access to all campaign regions without having to add/kick heroes which is very annoying in kamadan or map travel multiple times to get where you want to go for those who don't use toolbox.
3. embark has more npc services. consets can be crafted, stars of transference, perfect salvage kits, there are rare scroll traders, as well as zaishen quest flags and zaishen coin collectors. having all these extra global npcs facilitates trade. imagine if someone wants to put different mods on a weapon but doesn't want to risk expert/superior salvage kitting it, and she doesnt have any perfect salvage kits in her bank. now she has to leave kama, lose her advert spot in the party chat window, buy the perfect salv kit, and then go back to kama. inefficient.
the move will strengthen our community if it is successful.
