Basic information:
All your req10+ are merch in my eyes. Also the dual vamp shortbow q13 is a hard sell. Maybe 5e.
Single mod wands and foci are also merch.

Regarding the skills, rank 5 is enough to max them out.
In regard of gwamm, I personally used the books for deldrimore rank as the others are most likely easy and filled pretty fast with the vanquished you have to do for the master of the north title. In addition, you have to do the HM Heroes Handbook anyways which also gives a nice rep boost to one title. But in the end, deldrimore was the fraction title which was always my last to max out on like 5 or 6 characters.

Jug is an exotic skin. But the mods are crap. Also the reinforced buckler is two off, bad mod comb and q13. These two items are merch in my eyes.
Rest is hard to guess. Wait for others or just auction them. Maybe req and mod comb kills the price on them.

you have to discuss that with your customers. if they are fine with cartographing, why not combining it.

services like missions, vanquishes and dungeons (not all) are not always speed clear-able. People who buy these services know that it takes time to vanquish an area of like 500 foes. Most of the time, service buyers go afk with dual vamp weapons and low hp armor so that the rubber can still revive at a shrine if he fails and the group wipes. I did a lot of services like these.
Most important note here: if you run with a conset, keep the +1hp regen in mind. That's why afk service buyers should always wield a dual vamp and low hp armor.

But more or less, take what you get but set your own limit. I would not let it go for less then 100e as the others said.
