Oh haha sorry, didn't realise you were asking for someone to literally type the numbers into a calculator for you.

As far as I can see on that page, the damage of an actual critical hit is not different between lvl19 or lvl20. Level only affects non-critical dmg, and critical hit % chance, not critical hit dmg. So if enemy armor lvl, bow attr level, bow dmg & modifiers are all the same, your critical hits at lvl19-20 will deal the same dmg.
In case of spell damage, the only thing that matters is caster level and enemy armor level, not enemy exp level. Your example is worked out (not for lvl 19-20 but for lvl6-7) further down that page... There is no place in the formula for enemy lvl, only for enemy armor lvl (60).

That Easy Screen OCR looks like a nice tool for recording drop tables for different enemies: e.g. copy all your chat while farming and filter the words preceding and following the text "drops a". But for recording item stats, I don't see how manually copying text for each item is faster than typing it directly into your preferred excel format?
One other note about a dedicated automatic script: ideally, it would be able to distinguish between same-skin items with different attribute reqs (e.g. bladed shield requiring strength or tactics) and also between same name items with different skins (e.g. cane dom/illu, hornbow dragon/stoneshard/mursaat, spiked targe large/small, all different elemental staffs). It should be assessed whether doing this is worth the extra work though.

The axe is a quest reward, so does not have any value.
The shield mods are quite useless compared to what's available nowadays, but that -1/5% is something I've never seen before, very cool! You could certainly get xx or maybe even xxx ectos for it from a collector, depending on how much the buyer wants it and how many others are interested.
-
So I put on my diving suit and went through the 'beloved collections' thread. There were some nice pics and new info, though after surfacing my gear was a little crusty with salt
The prenerf table is updated with this info and some of my own, and this is all I can do concerning prenerf stats. If you want to further complete it, you'll have to post your data here and I'll continue to update the op.
Thanks

In short they didn't want melee martial warriors running a secondary support attribute having access to "free" ranged damage.
That sounds a bit farfetched to me, but I'm not a warrior. Would that really give a significant advantage? Then what about warriors running a conjure build (those conjures were around in 2005, weren't they?)? The 'no damage skills' argument sounds more likely to me, that just leaves DF as the odd one out instead of insp&heal&prot. But as you said earlier, anyway it doesn't make a lot of sense...
-
Interesting, I hadn't thought of that. DF also has no damage skills, but I guess they had to add something and that's why it's special also as a +1 on offhands?
Resto has life steal though, so if they removed it because no dmg... does that mean if blood wouldn't have had dark pact & agony sig/touch it wouldn't have had weapons either?
Also, if the damage argument is true, does that mean anet intended for casters to deal dmg through autoattacks?
-
I've always been annoyed at the fact that there are no randomly generated (oldschool gold) staffs or wands with inspiration requirement in Prophecies (or Factions for that matter). Looking into it, it appears that the same is true for heal and prot. And then there is blood which has no exclusive skin but can still get a ghostly/shadow/dead/raven staff with blood req, and curses which has a staff but no wand. Summarised:
DF is a primary attribute with special status (the only one in the list of possibilities for hsr/hct/mastery mods), so a DF weapon with mixed attribute is still useful. However, mesmers have simply no way of focussing on inspiration. Why would anet create the attribute only to neglect it?
I would like to hear some theories about why there is no support for using inspiration in Prophecies. The first thing you think of might be that "inspiration was intended to assist all casters as a low-level attribute instead of being a main focus attribute'", but then why leave the mesmer with only 2 main attributes when the others have 3-4?
-
Nice, keep the data coming! I'll try to update the main tables as often as possible.
TongTong that's a really interesting one, I didn't expect gold prenerf value to be below current blue minimum (maybe I am wrong about current blue?) But damn, that value is absolutely retarded, why would anyone keep such a shield when there is +30hp unconditional available
-
Sure, adding prenerf ranges is a good idea, I'll put it in the op. I suggest we limit that section to inherent mods (2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60), because what would be the use of knowing salvageable prenerf mods by rarity. Pleikki I'm not sure what you mean by 'cheating', but would that solve it?
I'm totally dependent on prenerf collectors for that section, though, as I don't have enough of my own to get a clear picture. Please share what you have if it's not yet in the tables.
Thanks!

Blues are always single mod
Oldschool blues are always single mod, inscribable can drop with 2 salvageable mods. Also, OS blue is the only rarity that can contain 'highly salvageable' or 'increased value' whereas those can be on all inscribable rarities. In my experience, os blue has one of those two mods almost half of the time, so the even chance of a good blue singlemod is quite low.

they nerfed drops, not all collector items
These q6 bows seem to be the only ones that are above the currently observed max drop, though... That makes it interesting. As you said, we cannot rule out that q6 13-25 (or maybe even 14-25) can still drop. New max stats are still being reported even in 2020, so I'm gonna check my q6 bow drops from now on

Here you can find on minimum-maximum mod values, sorted by rarity and location. The value ranges depend on mod bonus type, not on item or component (mod/inscription) type. All the listed values have been observed and confirmed recently, except those with a question mark ('?') behind them. If you have any questions, or see a mistake, please let us know.
An incomplete list of observed pre-nerf inherent mod values is also given at the end: only the minimum values per type are shown, because the maximum values were the same as post-nerf (except maybe in beta/very early game). The pre-nerf table is preliminary and incomplete, please contribute new values if you can.

Double imperfect and common skin is too bad, personally I would merch this. Still, 15/hsr20 is a wanted combo I believe, so maybe you could get 5e for it with some luck.

Wish I knew how many more low level chests I have opened for Q8 runs..
You could estimate it for yourself by looking at your lucky or wisdom ranks (it depends on how much chest running contributed to those titles, which is something each person can only estimate for themselves without proof).
For lucky: assuming you opened the majority of non-max chests with maxed ranks, the rule of thumb would be one Pongmei NM chest per 195 lucky points (250*0.78). Of course you have to subtract other sources of lucky points: boardwalk/clovers/wintersday finale. Also the numbers are different if you ran a significant number of lower lvl chests.
For wisdom: This is more difficult because you have to subtract points gained through farming, and add unids you sold. If you are able to do that, then it would depend on chest drop rates. I'm not a chest runner, so could an experienced chest runner perhaps share their data on the average drop rate of golds vs purples from 450g or lower chests? xD
Btw here are my recent ranks, I personally estimate that about half of my wisdom comes from Nolani

Alright yea, so for purple os items, max mods for your examples would be 14^50, +40wE (or maybe +41, haven't seen that one yet), +9vs, etc according to the table.
