The 11 creature mods available are: Demons, Ogres, Dragons, Plants, Dwarf, Giant, Charr, Tengu, Troll, Undead, Skeleton
Examples:
OS core skins (available in Tyria & Factions) can drop with all 11 depending on location. Demons, Ogres, Dragons, Plants from Cantha and Plants, Dwarf, Giant, Charr, Tengu, Troll, Undead, Skeleton from Tyria.

The original question of which attributes they drop in actually still remains, although confirmed it does drop in Gold (and purple for just TongTong), side conversations I have had now make me (and others) wonder if they only drop in Soul Reaping only because this is the only attribute currently accounted for in Gold insc. If you have another attribute on an Inscripted Raven Staff in Gold (or purple is acceptable if you are TongTong

I have had this a long time so not sure where it dropped, maybe someone else can confirm where.
Some dungeon chests drop them. Slavers and Vlox definitely. I've got a few somewhere, tend to keep them cause don't see very often. Will try and dig them out

Oh they drop them too, i have a 8-10 dmg white no req one.
Oni shroud all they ever give me lol. Did get gold dags once but never seen any blade at all. Still think a gold isn't possible

Got a little something I've not seen b4. Pretty certain the mini Oni's on Shing Jea cant drop Oni blades but it turns out you can get them when a chest spawns on them
