The common "wisdom" is to farm the 2 bandits outside fobile's fair for fastest time.
To get to level 10 its Charr at the Gate + Oakhearts and easy Charr groups in The Northlands.
i get bored with repetition why I use cons & farm 2 sets charr vanguard quests i don't see the 2 bandits getting you that faster 2bh except for the many bots I see running out of foibles on a daily basis lol

the way I mentioned before is no longer doable sadly. a week after the vanguard quests came out they realized we were getting ldoa in 4 hrs & nerfed it lol. I'm afraid the only way is the hard way these days. grinding one or 2 of them at a time for extra exp. I find using 2 acc with 2 different charr quests does things pretty quick myself.
