Very difficult to price because we don't see these often.
However, I would estimate in the ballpark of around 500e give or take to a serious buyer.

That is precisely what I did. I'll rephrase it:

1d - 20e if its 45wE, 45wS, +30, or +60wH

You can tell prior to identifying by equipping the shields and seeing your life change to +30, +45 if using a stance or enchant, or +60 if getting hexed. Therefore, if you wish to be transparent in your sale, you must test these before selling.
The business of selling unidentified off-hands is comes with this risk, but and I am offering to pay a higher price to eliminate the risk.
If an item has one of these mods on it, there is a very great chance that it is a single mod item. However, there is that 1 in...10-20? chance that it may have a second mod.
