Nah, that's just the inconsistency of wiki showing. (Just checked my copy, same as the one in this thread).

It's nothing too special, but its value is in the effort you would typically have to put it in to get it dropped. It's one of the most off-the-beaten-path greens imo. The only time that boss is killed is when that area is vanquished. People don't often look for that green, but if someone does want it, it'll be hard to find someone selling it.

The spawning/spawning wayward isn't prenerf (only mixed attribute waywards are).
The monk wayward is prenerf, but the two monk ones are the most common of the 5 prenerf waywards in my experience. Should still pull at least a few a each imo.
Brohn's Staff is prenerf too obv, but being custo I don't think it would see much of any value. I'd just keep it.
Daggers of Xuekao and Kindlerock (could double check them for you in game if you'd like) are both somewhat uncommon in my experience, but I haven't seen much in the way of them being bought/sold. Just depends on interest imo. Couple a minimum would fair imo, just for rarity's sake. Mileage may vary.

The Gorrel’s staff in the image is postnerf, and not a particularly wanted green. Keep for self-use or merch etc.
The skull shield might see some interest as a death magic shield, but I don’t think cripple offers any benefit in pre.
Would prob merch the rest. Will keep an eye on other greens you post.
