I'd be happy to help you confirm all of these in game. I'll add the name I see here. My ign: Vengeful Was Unholy
Some of them are easy to spot (those with mod differences). So yes some of these here are prenerf. Of the ones I can immediately spot, they are among the more common ones in my experience, but there seems to be an uptick in interest recently. That said, even the most common ones should fetch 1-2a easily, possibly more with interest.
As for customized ones, not sure there would be much interest from the general community. I would maybe be interested in Rago's, if it turns out to be pre, but I'd just offer to return it once I find my own.
Keep in mind the primary list in the OP isn't completely up-to-date. I posted a new update about a month ago that hasn't been added to the list yet. With that in mind, some are still lacking some important information, so here's hoping you can shed some light on them!
That said, I don't think your handsmasher is prenerf by the looks of it (I've posted one in the most recent update). And I can confirm your Kaolin Prot staff is current as well. (We haven't confirmed one in game yet, but we do have a german image of the prenerf version for reference).

I've also had one from solitary wallow/island guardian chests in pongmei, though this was some time ago. Not sure I have a screenshot of that one.
There are no "dropping patterns" to erase. Drops that are tied to certain species will require a chest to be near those species to drop related items (echovalds near plants, a common example). Because lanterns, like jugs and paper fans, are not tied to any particular species or creature type, they can drop just about anywhere. Here's proof for the "no ele" chests.
I've had them dropped directly by ele bosses who use no fire skills. I've also had them from chests around which are zero ele foes. (have screenshots if necessary) Neither of those is a requirement. As mentioned above, they are extremely rare (arguably the rarest canthan skin). Only thing of maybe comparable rarity are spiked clubs.
In that past year, vanquishing all of cantha about 3 times over, running a handful of new alt chars through the campaign and running thousands of chests in various areas, I've had 2 lanterns. One req 9 gold and one req 13 purple (and the purple was just yesterday). They're just not something you can realistically farm for.

Both are prenerf. Yakslapper screenshot isn't the clearest but still looks prenerf to me. Happy to confirm with you in-game if you'd like. Also interested in checking your ghial's to see what color it is.
My most recent Yakslapper I actually got for 25e here on legacy, but mostly because the guy thought it belonged with me. Realistically it should've gone higher (and I would've paid more if needed). One of my ghial's I paid 2a for (when armbraces were like 40e). There's a very small market for these, but some can be pushed higher if there's interest from multiple parties (as would seem to be the case with these two). Depending on the color of ghial's, it could/should fetch a little more. Again, would need to check with you in game.
That said, list them and see where they go.
Were +10ar creature +10 ar element a combo possible back in prenerf days like for dual reduce shield ? I never seen one
As Red said, no. Not on a dropped shield anyway. There is at least one exception however.
