Hoookay, big-ish update. Got a few new ones to add to the list, and a few more details to add to old ones. Thanks to Spun Ducky for the beautiful prenerf soulstone and big daddy Captain Krompdown for the byzzr/bazzr wombo combo.

First up: providing a picture of the recent wayward list addition.

Next: English text for Kaolin Water Staff and confirmation of color difference.

Next: A new addition to the list. Milthuran's Staff, text and color differences.

Next: English text for Scourgewind's Branch and confirmation of (very slight) color change.

Next: English text for Spiritgarden's Repose and confirmation of NO color change on this one.

Next: Another new one to the list. Pre-nerf Gorrel's Cane. No stat or mod differences, just a color change. Icons appear identical.

Next: Another new one to the list - Bazzr's Wail. No stat/mod order differences. Only color changes.

Next: Another new one to the list - Byzzr's Benediction. Again no stat/mod order differences. Just a color swap on the item itself. Icons are identical.

And last but not least, confirmation of a (serious) color change for The Soulstone. No stat/mod order differences. Icons are identical.

(Also have a pre/post Kyril's Fervor now as well, but that one is already up to date on the list. Everything checks out.)

Thanks for checking in. Yours is current, unfortunately. I've checked it against a screenshot of one I got a couple months ago. The English wiki isn't exactly reliable in terms of how it lists/represents mods on various weapons. It takes a lot of liberties with reordering and combining the mods, and is pretty inconsistent even with respect to that.

Starting to get into some reallyyyy subtle changes, but here's another one to the list: Vera

This one breaks the color pattern. Prenerf hammer is actually darker than postnerf, but the prenerf icon is still slightly lighter.

After talking with Oldschool Cool this morning, we came upon a few new discoveries. Ogre-slaying knives, among other potential items, have a prenerf version. We each had one of a different color, so I went out to farm a new one to compare. Turns out I had a prenerf from long ago tucked away. We also both confirmed that forgotten fans do indeed have two colors, and the icons are visibly different for each (I'll let him post those as he got his first )

As for the ogre knives, once again fits the pattern of postnerfs being darker.

Acquired another pre-nerf green staff. Stoneweaver was already accounted for, but now we can confirm color difference as well.

Icon is slightly lighter for prenerf. Wrap near hand is also slightly lighter for prenerf. Fits pattern of lighter prenerfs/darker postnerfs.

So, if you look at the first image uploaded for the forgotten fan on the unofficial wiki, dated 1 day after they were added to the game, the icon looks bright red. original icon

I don't have a forgotten fan on me atm, but I'm pretty sure the current one at least has a darker icon. If anyone can compare it to the one in that screenshot, that should give us our answer.

Not paper fans. These:

But maybe also:

- frozen fan

- tattered fan

(what you're saying about the lighting could be the reason behind the different colors for the forgotten fan pictures, but I'm 99% certain they used to have an actually different shade of red as well) Maybe someone else remembers something about it.

The Brohn's/Gorrel's I've got have been around a hot minute then. Are you thinking other HSR prenerfs are from earlier as well now?

Also, something that came to mind recently...forgotten fans. Once upon a time, I remember hearing/reading that there were two different colors. I want to say I used to own a version of each, but if I did, that was many years ago. I don't know if the mod order was different from one color to another, but it was like a lighter or darker version of the previous color.

The English wiki images would suggest that was the case as well, but could just be different lighting idk.

Not sure if there were ever varying colors to the frozen and tattered fans, but I think frozen fans/icebreakers were added with the same update as forgotten fans/totem axes, so could be?

Managed to acquire 4 additional pre-nerf green staves. 2 of which already confirmed here (Illyana's and Jayne's Staff), and 2 new ones, not yet listed here (Brohn's and Gorrel's Staff). The icons and colors for both versions of Brohn's and Gorrel's appear to be the same.
