WTB OS tactics shadow shield +10 vs undead
Shadow Shields only drop inscribable in Tactics attribute, the +10 vs. Undead ones are only possible in Strength.

Was watching youtube while doing the stupid boreal station chestrun in HM one handed with my mouse...
I really was pretty surprised at a q8 post nerf max drop.
Isn' it only purp staves that q8 "max" will happen in HM locked chests?
yep, insc versions of Q8 staves, purple are better than gold, as HSR and optional mods can be all max, instead of 18% HSR on gold ones

Not the most amazing drop but I feel like I very rarely see offhands drop with good matching offhand mods (rather than the ones that drop with mods perfect for a shield!).

it should surely exist too
pure manipulation about insc ones..like theres a q0 8-11 sword white but never an insc one lol...blue inscs and whites therefore do not exist in totally same circumstances, so that range stats is becoming to look more like a joke lately putting those under the same label
