Another question for you guys : Prenerf staves can have a -20% vs condition in the "HSR slot" and they can also have -20% vs condition in the "inscription slot".
So in theory can a staff prenerf staff with dual -20% vs condition exist ?

Blue hexed, I can confirm 35 isn't the minimum.
Blue +30hp (old school shield) I have seen some +16hp
Purple +30hp, I can confirm +21 exist :
As I told you in game, It would be good to also include the stat range for the prenerf items. It seems the prenerf gold items could use all the stat range, so in theory the minimum stat for a prenerf gold item is the current minimum stat for a blue item. Can someone confirm that ? Or maybe post a screen shot if you have a prenerf item below the current minimum blue value.

The Elonian blade isn't prenerf, it's just an inscriptible item with no inscription slot (that happen from time to time), maybe you can get a few ecto for it if you find someone who collect that.
The amber wand is prenerf but it's a very common skin and single mod, maybe 10-20e ?
The amber staff is prenerf but the skin is common and it's also missing a mod, maybe 5a ? Wait for more opinion on this one.

Well the fact they are customized to you and no reusable by another character make them pretty worthless in my opinion.
It's a cool item to keep (and I preciously kept all of mine) but I don't really think there is a market for it.
But as always wait for more opinions.

Don't merch #2 for now.
There are 2 version of Zarnas Wrath (https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Zarnas%27_Wrath), the old version from 2006 has a different color from the current version.
If it's the 2006 version you can get maybe 1 or 2a for it.
I agree with Blind for the other items, merch every thing except the Q8 bow
