does Napui Quarter have same q8 drop rates?

Or is bukdek do better? I know both are canthan chests but not sure if celestial items change the drop rate.

As chest runners is there a particular location that is high in chests or has a high drop of armor mods from chests? I started collecting matching books unsalvaged armor mods that match in some way like a survivor's armor of superior vigor and would like to find a good way to get armor mods to help with this new collection.
