Sorry the plague staff might be prenerf if you didn't drop it recently, if it has a 20% as first bonus written in white then it's not prenerf and you can merch it

Players have shifted towards ultra rare and perfect weapons nowadays mostly for collection purpose.

Then it's just normal economy if there is a high demand prices go up. Hence why the cele sword is 300 arms more or less
