The oni blade is not prenerf.
To the OP though, in this case it would likely be worth more than the axe, which is.
(10/9 sundering mod on the axe is also prenerf). If you intend to sell the axe, I would separate the mod (make sure to use a perfect salvage kit) and auction that separately.Oni isnt prenerf because of the <280GV right?

I don't know if it's an appropriate farm but I've been farming The Alcyon's Job for 3 days and I must say that I got some cool golds !
On 2019, after two months, sometime farm Halcyon Job, every week. I equiped all heros of 2 caracters PvE with +50hp runes, just with this. Maybe, long time, Anet nerf drop for this place and more luxon armors (blue, purple, gold) drop.

You need play with friends, there are around too manys active guilds, I know and understand sometimes ppl want crazy amount of currency, just forget it and next stuff to do, like project!
and do what ever you like in the game, there are alot of things to do.
