Ok...
Do WoC until you get the quest Cleansing the Sunjang District. From there leave from Zin Cu Corridor Outpost.... Go Right.... there will be 0-1-2 chests by the time you get to the named ranger Shiro ken room (You will be able to tell when the Am's begin if you keep going further) and then you can resign and do it again. Remember WoC has normal mode and hard mode depending on what you're doing and how far along in the quest line you are. Also, make sure your quest is active 
I just stumbled upon this thread and wondered why no one mentioned Ice Dome? Only Dwarves and some ice golems, with one of the highest, if not the highest mob density out there. Easily 80+ chests per hour with 2-3 chests each run just running from one side to the other.
I think I never had a run with 0 chests and did open more than 3k chests there
No outpost is there? It is a fun run though

There's a few Named Bosses and 12+ enemies in Iron Horse Mine. Has anyone ever seen a low level SSS/SWS drop from them? Is it possible?
