It's Q9 Gold +5 Energy Above 50% Health. It can NOT be modded with anything. I've tried putting a wrap on it, but it's a no-go.

I Hear Ya. Max At Q5 Is 16-28 And This Is Only 15-25. But I Thought "Hey It's A Q5 Gold"...lol The Q5 shield I Had Sold For 180a. Trying To Catch Lightning Twice I Guess... Ha Ha
