Someone who has tested this in UW with heroes. No faster, no more damage, but the BIP is much less widely used. ->
Any impact here with the BiP getting to twiddle their thumbs a bit more? Cant drop the bip, does it then make sense to just go back to 40/40s and have the bip working harder.

used my only necro mod on the ST rit, I'd say they are just as strong as expected.
more than halved the chance BiP is neededtoo bad prices are so high, seems unreasonable to get another.
will they drop in price? or will they stay the same due to the demand?
Why use it on the ST RIT who doesn't have an energy problem?

They should've added these minis as ultra rare account bound drops from end chests of their respective dungeons to both encourage people to keep running the content, and to perceive atleast a sliver of their former status. Just one deep run to obtain, what was once, the rarest and most prestigious miniature in the game feels plain wrong.
I've always cared very little for miniatures but imo they did em dirty with this implementation.With that implementation, It will support botting and account selling through black market. These quests seems easy but hey it’s a 20 year game. They had time to flex
just make them non tradeable but dropping from chests - you need to earn it not just be given it, now everyone and their mother in law just pays 10a for a deep run and gets a kanaxi - and now the one thing that made people want it the exclusivity - is gone and effectively it joins the ranks with the other trash minis.
