FYI Kilroy chest 2 dropped me a Q8 a little while back
Keep in mind that the Q8 Staff Drop Table is much different than other weapon types, as a result, they can drop from high level chests than a max q8 sword, shield or foci. This is how Q8 11-21 Staves have dropped from HM chests.
As far as Kilroy's keyless quests go, the unid value (down to 32-33g ish) of the first of the 3 chests has been the only one proven so far to have a low enough level to drop q8 max swords, shields and foci.

I didn't add the Wooden Buckler, not that I don't agree, more listing by skin versus attribute nerfs.

Any Q7 Max items are prenerf.
There has been several Q7 Max White Shields over the last year sold here (bought one recently myself).
The shield prices have ranged from 4a-10a, sometimes it depends on having multiple interests at the same time.
Q7 White Swords on the other hand are much more rare, these rarely come up for auction.
As a result, I do believe you would get multiple interests which would drive up the price, potentially over 10a.
As far as holding, it's a double edge sword, you can hold and the value can go up, or you can hold and the amount of players interested in this type of item can go down decreasing chances of a bid war and potentially lowering the market.

Any notable, or any at all, Mausoleum Staffs? Can’t recall having ever seen any.
I very briefly recall having seen one or two on Guru back in the day but my memory is terrible.
So I put my gloves on, got my shovel out, and dug into the Guru Archives.
Since all of the pictures are gone and there was alot of subjects with "Mauso", the post details were deleted when they were closed.
But... I found a reference to one just to provide that sense of "they do exist"... or at least "did exist"

As much as I truly appreciate the efforts to engage Anet to improve the future state of this wonderful game, I don't feel that the proposed letter is at the state I can agree to. And please refrain from responding with "don't sign then", this just shows the arrogance and lack of interest of hearing input from others when it has been solicited.
My thoughts if truly welcomed, is that the first attempt of opening up communication channels with Anet is in relation to having more engagement with the community. Getting this point across alone will assist in gauging the future of the game.
The approach of pointing out things that they are doing wrong has the risk of a defensive response if any response at all.
As expressed in other's responses, indicating that the community is willing to pay a fee in order to get new content, is not a guarantee that can be promised to them as the community may not react to this as you may hope. Why not allow them to respond to a similar question of "What can we do as a continuously engaged community to help with further growth of the game?". My point is creating a line of communication and not backing anyone into a corner with promises.
I hope for the best for any approach that is taken.

Purple and Gold Q8s are not possible at this location, the chests are too high of a level. Only Canthan chests in Factions can drop Q8s.

I did 5 runs, 1 had 3 chests, 3 had 4 chests, 1 had 5 chests on this rather short path.
In the first run, I got these. The irony is that I was just telling someone recently that awhile back I sold a Q9 Dragon Kamas 15^Stance out of my personal collection for an offer I couldn't refuse but hadn't come across another to replace it...
Then on my 5th Run, I got this, for those that immediately want to know what mods it had, we will just say that it was prettier as an unid....

Thank you very much for sharing this option. It is not one in my large rotation and I certainly will give your route a shot in the near future.
There is one factor that isn't considered above as it relates to the comparison of chest running at Pongmei, the main reason players chest run at Pongmei is because the chests can drop Max Q8 Swords, Shields, and Foci in NM. With the ability to hit 5 chests in a rather quick run, this does make it the most effective chances of Q8s with a very large variety of skins as it spans both factions and a large variety of Mobs. Q8s cannot drop from the Eternal Grove chests due to the level of the chest is too high, as a result this becomes not an option for this particular purpose.
If chest running for the purpose of title, Pongmei NM is no longer an option, only HM is. This is where your run option in Eternal Grove comes in as an alternative option. I understand that NM is easier, however most players will want to run in HM for higher chances of gold drops at the same time. Other players like myself already have max titles so we would be only after good drops which would make HM the only option. This highly intrigues me for the focus on different skins especially those that drop from Forests, everyone dreams of that ultimate Guardian of the Hunt!
