I am one of those people who'd pay more for higher (pre-nerf) GV on shields and swords It definitely adds to the allure IMO.

Both the inherent 13% ench mod and the sundering prefix mod are pre-nerf. If you're going to sell I'd advise salvaging the sundering mod with a perfect salvage kit and sell the mod and the bow separately. Both are worth around xx a IMO, at the lower end of the spectrum. I'm not that familiar with pre-nerf Dead Bows though, so I'd suggest getting a second opinion. Ornate Buckler is worth xx e IMO.
