If OS possibly but seems high, however command req ones only drop insc iirc so clarification as to if the shields are OS or insc will help.

Words of advice: If your left mouse button starts to doubleclick when you click it replace it. Especially if you have doubleclick to equip in the game and tend to not pay 100% attention when merching.
'Click' to id, it dbl clicks and equips the junk, you merch your favorite ____ by mistake.
You would think it only took once to learn but...

A good thing to do b4 posting there 'low req' items is check the max dmg for the req here
GW gear stat ranges and Gallery - Rebirth .
If its not post nerf max dmg chances are very good its merch.

I have my parents collections, which Cosy might like some, but mine is mostly 80s and 90s punk stuff (mostly indie 7in you probably never heard of) and also some odd other stuff I like.
Aaaaannnnd I will not make the mistake I made on guru of posting my favorite punk christmas song by a wonderful band from Allston, MA... it's on youtube with a wonderful photo collage but I've been told it was inappropriate by a few ppl.

It's the quest Chasing Zenmai. Even if you didn't talk to Guardsman Linro (so the quest didn't start), it interferes with the mobs in Bukdek Byway ....

try picking up the quest "memories of purity" first on ur character if they did WoC it might be the quick solution.
On characters new to cantha its probably the quest "welcome to cantha" or something doing it.
I'll see if I have anyone who hasn't gone to KC yet to help figure it out if I find time.Sent a mule to KC for the first time, she just did Mhenlos Request for la>kc and picked up Welcome to Cantha (primary for non fact. char) but that group is there. If they are missing and ur characters don't have elsewhere in factions its gotta be one of the quests in KC

I'm guessing its a secondary quest, possibly from in kc that removes that spawn... or maybe even that first find master togo quest when you get to cantha does it (not sure) since that spawn is nearish where his first location is.

I use keep a second shortcut with the -repair thing and its helped a few times.
I maybe should have mentioned... if you add -repair to your main gw shortcut you use to login it will now just check the dat and try to fix errors and quit. Make a seperate shortcut to gw.exe as the target then add -repair after the " and label it 'GW-Repair' or something.
If you added -repair to your regular gw shortcut and gw won't run just delete -repair it will login like normal again.
