the poster above spends her pennies on stuffed cheese for her stuffed mice.

its more expensive than cheese stuffed stuff due to difficulty so it takes lots of pennies.

(Have you ever tried to get anything to stay stuffed inside runny cheese?)

The poster above me hasn't heard about Fiep's failed The Muppet Show audition...

"You aren't quite furry enough and you lack goofy eyes and an animated mouth so we're going to have to pass. It's admirable you would accept payment in cookies, but, we are unsure if a stuffed cookie loving mouse character is needed, we just hired this blue guy."

the poster above me is also unwilling to admit she goes door to door handing out candy corn to all the neighborhood mice...

    thats right...

    HALLOWEEN CANDY DELIVERY!

You heard it here first, its true! Honest!

    1st, 2nd,... 6th and 7th "Present"s can be traded like all 1st-7th year Presents.

That said Vouchers and "Surprise Box"es can't be put into the trade window, so, can't be sold.

You need to use ur vouchers for "Box"es and open them, then sell the contents somewhere.

With them most ppl get either 6th or 7th.

6th for tonics, which have a limited appeal, especially in Post due to tons of ageing players. In pre Kuuna sells well tho 100-120bd last I knew, but 100e max in post.... the thing is the pre bd to post currency is ~5bd=1arm so pre is the better spot if you get lucky.

7th for the random purple-green mini with a chance of those certain few actually semi-worthwhile 'non-birthday' minis (Naga, Oni, Shiro'ken, Zhed, Vizu) which are a rare thing from 7th presents/boxes... those are worth it but the rest are trashcan/giveaway/few k.

Presearing.Boards.Net Mini/Tonic General PC is a good resource for pre prices, and relatively well updated.

and Kamadan.Decltype.org searches can show you Post prices.

Tl;dr better to sell in pre, but depends on your luck opening them yourself.

Thanks for the info Looney! It does sound very appealing and if I can assign those keys to my skillbar it might make things alot easier!

The thumb buttons by default are 1 thru 0 and -/= on the keyboard top row even without drivers. Everything can be remapped or short macros once you install the drivers from logitech. I use it as skills for 1-8 then 10-12 is f1-f3.

Nobody has mentioned the rows/columns, it leads to 'odd' build templates. My self heal is always button 4, enchants are like 7 or 8.... that isn't too weird. My sin has his 1-3 attack chain but moebius strike is in slot 6 because button 6 is behind button 3. I often do eotn tours/droks,etc and chest run if using a DS+<run skill> combo I have ds in 4 and the run skill in 7 behind it.

Tl;dr stick spam/needed skills in easiest for you spots

I guess I am the only one who almost exclusively uses the mouse and not the keyboard, guess my left hand just likes to do no work outside of c and space :P

    Sorry for dbl post,

C and space are on my mouse, so is Y which is set to target next item (chests/drops). My setup is made for mouse only chest running sometimes. Yes, I use wasd for 'labor intensive' times ^^ but by no means 'all' the time... or even possibly 'most'.

I've used an old Logitech gaming mouse for a while but it only has the forward and backward buttons for your thumb, how do you find the thumb buttons? Are they easy to use or is it a bit tricky to get use to?

Its pretty easy to get used to the thumb buttons on the g600.

As Crimson Raven said the hardest is the 10-12 row, but g600 beats naga for those.

On the naga the thumb button grid is flat with only bumps on every other row to help id them. It comes with stickers to 'train' you on button placement.

The g600 approach was to arrange them in 'cups' for lack of a better word. 1-3 and 4-6 are the front 'cup' used with the tip of your thumb. 7-9 and 10-12 make up the rear 'cup' and with practice you can use the ball of your thumb (the joint) to use them. It helps if you have 'hitchhiker thumbs' (where holding your thumb out the top joint by the nail extends backwards)

At worst, if you get one, you will be able to use 1-9 for skills/whatever and there is the option for the 3rd mouse button (or w/e you set) to be like a 'mouse shift' so 'ms + other mouse button' = moar possible combos.

If you don't mind shift combos its like 2x the possible button assignments of a razer naga... and more solidly built... believe me i've been thru about 8 nagas so far over the past years.

keyboard i use wasd to move

1-8 on number pad is my party members, 0 toggles my pet commander for rangers/pre characters with pet to tank on charr runs.

C for closest target foe, tab to cycle target foe.

mouse is logitech g600 (used to use razor naga, logi has more buttons)

left/right click is normal. 3rd button is space, left/right scroll wheel targets chests/items

1-8 mouse thumb buttons for skills, 9-12 is weapon sets, sometimes 9 is other things if I only use 3 weapon sets on the character

one button on top of mouse is 'r' to run

In pre 9 on mouse is usually a macro to select my charr partner and cast healing breeze on them

    Standard ringtone... but,

I used to have the voice of Foamy the Squirrel saying "Follow the sound of my voice and kill whoever is holding the phone!" as a ringtone. I used it at my old job that had tons of background noise. I would also 'procure' unsuspecting coworkers phones and send it to them via bluetooth or a sms and set it as their ringtone just fof lulz.

More indestructible: Nokia 3360 or Oink? :D

the poster above me hasn't heard of my GW summer party idea ANet would probably reject...

Featuring a potluck/buffet supper with favorites including Berserker Burgers, Swedish Minotaur Meatballs, Fried Moa Wings and more!

Drinks of Dwarven Ale and Rice Wine (Sugary Blue Drink for the kiddos)

I suppose the coding for the skills of the main event of Dwarf Tossing would be hard, and some Norn would probably win.

At dusk converted Siege Turtles to fire better fireworks than the weird 'bees' we get now would be great too... oh wait its never night (except halloween... sorta... at least in some towns)

    Back in my day...

I would hang out in Gates of Kryta on the hill near the wheelbarrow talking to the frog between runs of clearing Scoundrels with a horde of minions...

and wonder to myself "wtf are all these monks doing here?"

    Oh and...

Back in my day... Oink was the greatest tank in Guild Wars xD

I was told using two windows logins with admin privileges to each launch gw and just switching between them without signing out works but never tried it.

My personal way to do it is just run the 2nd on my crappy old laptop... gw is ancient any old laptop will do.

    Thanks Cosy, that's fair.

Crazy, I didn't realize the chat could be manipulated.

People can say whatever they want in trade chat.

There is no proof a trade ever happens, but, Chat Log faithfully has it into decltype for future 'reference'.

    It is a flawed system.

The can not be sold thing on banana scythe I think is just it has no value (0g) to the merch, I think u can trade them, but, not 100% positive.

It's a 10-10 dmg scythe like wintergreen but has no insc slot so pretty poor alternative to that... and a 8-16 or 8-17dmg insc no req will do better avg dps.
