I think, and as many hope. There is something rarer yet to be discovered or to be added on the end chest, but guess time will tell
what will happen is that you will be able to trade those dungeon shards (or whatever theyre called) for some rewards that can only be aquired that way (like armor, weapons...). which is also why they said the dungeon will be accessible from post later, so the rewards don't remain pre-exclusive.
it is basically exactly the GW2 dungeon currency system for GW, run the dungeon enough times even though it gets boring, not for the usual experience of rolling the end chest because you feel like it, but because you feel obligated and have to do it for the new skins.
classic boring gw2 grind mill now coming to the game that people played to get away from those gw2 systems.

pre economy is done, completely post-ified. there is no coming back from this. it will only be about moving the new pre-nerf golds around between rich players and of course non-birthday pets still.
and not only do i think that anet don't mind this, but that it was their intention (minus the gold drops maybe).

if you can turn reforged mode on and off as you want, what is the point of devona requiring it?
at that point all devonas quest does is advertise reforged mode for the people who were unaware before, which i don't think can be very many by now.

long sword (pre nerf mod and gv) - xxa ( ondenoire )
cele daggers (pre nerf dmg) - lower xxxa
butterfly sword - few e at most
shadow blade - some ecto, possibly 2 digits.
best to make an auction and wait for more pcs

There are animals/pets in The Marketplace in Kaineng Center. Any news about this?
it is in the recent patch notes. apparently they are "extra life" pets, i assume some sort of stream / donation goal

went to get nic gifts and he just wasnt there. there is also supposed to be a collector nearby, as the mission map shows, however that one was also missing as you can see in the compass. checked and had no quests in that area, went back to the outpost and to the spot again and the npcs were back in their place. this has never happened to me before.

What trademe stated, more than likely it is programmed for bots to automatically trade in plat to ectos when they get full. I'm guessing there is just more bots buying than there are people selling to the trader.
i would say it goes beyond just buying ectos when bots have full plat. it seems more deliberate imo.
before canthan new years this year i think it was around 10k per ecto and which kept up during canthan new years. usually during the events with shing jea boardwalk rings ecto drops because people need plat.
