id say even if you only do everything once, you max out deldrimor easily from my experience.
so personally i would say use books for ebon. but then again you can easily farm ebon points during wintersday.
it just depends entirely on what you do. if you don't farm raptors or vaettirs you may use book on those titles. just think about what you will do.
if you utilize bonus weeks and zaishen quests, doing the eotn master title should pretty much max out all reputation titles. so from that perspective it would be best to use your HM books in the end after reaching legendary master of the north, to see which titles are not maxed out by that point. with NM books you need to keep in mind they are only usable before reputation rank 8, so by the time you have the NM dungeons completed you may already have rank 8 for some titles. in that case use it on whichever one you feel like or is lowest.
