Do you wonder what the game's currently dropping maximum and minimum possible damage, energy, armor, etc. for each requirement level are? We do, too! Let's keep notes!
Please post pictures so I can add the numbers into the table and the community has a way to verify it this way

This discussion had a great many blog posts boiling down to one central point:
"I would rather be a collector of prized possessions in a dead game than share them with a larger playerbase."
What many dont seem to understand: even if you reverse everything that is prenerf or currently limited, there will be always extremely rare postnerf drops that will be unobtainable for most of the players. Item-communism is not the right answer to reanimate an old game.

His level is 16 on the first run but then it goes up to 26.
Level 16 Varney is not repeatable even if you abandon the quest that adds Althea to party. So you get one run on level 16 Varney per character. Is the consensus that level 16 can drop q8 (albeit much rarer than q8 dropping from level 20 mobs)? That was at least my understanding, so I guess yes but farming it is near impossible due to getting one run per character unless someone finds a way to repeat level 16 Varney.
but 'up to 26' means theres more than one chance at least, and if 20 is among them thats the highest max q8 chance?
you would not need to repeat the boss at lvl 16 if you could at 18, 20. then again i really dont know how his leveling works.
