I think odd gold values can only occur on white/blue items since on purple they are multiples of 2 and on gold multiples of 4. the only exception is as in your picture if combined with "Show me the money!"

q4 6-12 is max so could be worth some ecto, but i dont think 15 vs hexed is very popular.
rest is not max so imo merch (salvage mods)

and you can look up if an item is max here:

it is a wik green, so somewhat rare and on top its dyed in a way that cant be reproduced.
definitely more than 5-10e, can be single digit arms range when somebody is looking for one. it all depends on finding a buyer though
