The Storm bow is prenerf as the current max for a Q7 is 14-25 (per GW gear stat ranges).
I'm not sure of the exact range that the prenerf bow could reach but I assume it was higher than 14-25 for a Q7. All in all you can try to create a WTB and put it for sale on legacy but I wouldn't expect it to go super high.
For the Chaos Axe no real point in price checking it as it's not sellable. For info you can see some Q8 14^ench in the 10/15a range in kama so I would expect a Q8 14/50 to be a bit higher.
