Clearing storage space. Any of these worth anything? If not, any mods I should salvage or any mods I could buy to make them worth more? Or just all merch?

You could definitely get a few platin for the mods on the ornate buckler, maybe also for "I have to power", "Strength and Honor" and some others, you must decide, if that's worth the effort for you. Rest merch without salvaging...
