Hello, since the very recent update i can not use any skills anymore. when i press the buttons or click on them, the very start of the activation animation shows but immediately ends and nothing happens.
Does anybody else have this problem?

EDIT: With heroes/mercenary in the group it works, including your skills.

EDIT: You must target before activating your skill, even on yourself...........

edit:
since there was no additional update as far as i can see, maybe this was a server issue of some sort?
these updates are always just called server maintenance so maybe something on the servers wasnt working and took some time to be resolved?
