OS Purple Shadow Shield q13 Str -2 w/e +9vs Earth

This is max for a purple. Purples can be max for sone mods(such as the -2we), but most cut off at 1 under max. 14^50 on martial weapons, +9 armor vs, etc.

It’s probably not worth much if anything, but it’s obviously a cool little drop.

only two person would be intrested in that : Kabong or Dadan
