    So staves are only worth keeping if they have 20% HCT for the same attribute?

    And melee weapons are only worth something if q9 I'm guessing? Is that universal or are there skins that are rare enough that q10 or 11 are also worth keeping (other than end-chest stuff like eblades I mean)?

    I would say you are spot on.

    Few exceptions for staves :

    Divine / heal or prot is a great combo

    Spawn / resto


    I think that's about it for staves.


    Mostly if it's not q9 and perfect it will not have value for non inscr weapons like swords axe hammers bows...

    Few exceptions for dual vampiric / zeal weapons that can have value even if not q9 depending on the skin.
