Hello, I can confirm at least a Q6 can drop, I have a blue 6/14 Mot Aegis. In theory, if it drops for that req, a com can as well and since those requirements do drop as gold, that is likely possible as well.
As far as where, I don't recall where this one dropped, I run/farm all over NF.
