PC: q8/16 shield insc dual mod

Hi, I haven't played for many years and I would like to know if this has any value, and if so, how much could it be worth? Thanks in advance!

Blue 8/16 are usually about 20-50e

(Dual Mod exist only for no inscriptible items. This term is used when 2 bonuses on an item use the same slot (bug). In the case of a shield, 2 bonuses are linked to the equivalent of the slot used for inscription. This is impossible for an inscribable item).
