Blue 8/16 are usually about 20-50e

(Dual Mod exist only for no inscriptible items. This term is used when 2 bonuses on an item use the same slot (bug). In the case of a shield, 2 bonuses are linked to the equivalent of the slot used for inscription. This is impossible for an inscribable item).
