For infos, Nevermore Flatbow skin it's possible only with /bonus (Game of The Year edition). Don't possible for exchange / selling.

Adding the Game of the Year extension costs €5 (Guild Wars® Game of the Year Upgrade).

I'd add that you can costumize the bow with a bow handle (a missing element on the weapon). And you can equip it, while talking to Tolkano, to change its skin (PvP reward). Below an example of EOTN /bonus Darksteel Longbow, the only Eternal Longbow
