But there's nothing to stop you buying the 3 campaigns and Eye of the North one by one (but at a higher price, unless you get a discount on the Trilogy version, which can drop to $9 during certain sales on Steam. In that case, simply buy Eye of the North with Trilogy to get the equivalent of the Complete Collection. There's nothing to stop you taking a Steam key, activating it and playing without Steam. BUT, the Complete Collection can also be purchased at a reduced price during sales on the official store [link above].).
