The stats aren't too overwhelming.

But it is

• an uncommon skin only available in Cantha,
• One of the few not available from a Zaishen Chest and therefore not available with an inscription slot afaik,
• Four hp short of functionally maxed out, and
• seems passable as a fancy option for a hero.
