Q9 elemental sword is 10-20e
I think the os is merch, but wait for a second opinion.
The zealous mod on the daggers is 1-2e
There is a slight chance someone might want the no inherent q9 cele sword, but the collectors for that are kinda leaning towards the gold value of the item being X00g

OS? is that the cane? I would use it on my mesmer but it won't let me put a memory mod on it for some reason.
OS = oldschool.
Any item from Prophecies and Factions that has inherents, *not* an inscription slot, is OS. Also items from UW and FoW foes and chests
The only exception is weapons from the end reward chests of fow, uw, deep, and urgoz are insc
Every item other than the elemenal sword is os, including the celestial sword. The cele sword just happed to drop without an inherent at all, just two mods on it, which happens kinda often

Yes.
OS Martial weapons like swords, axes, hammers and bows have one inherent but can take a prefix and suffix mod.
OS Staff has one inherent too, can take a staff head and wrap.
OS Focus wand and shield drop with (up to) 2 inherents at random, but the aren't always useful combos... and can't be modded.
Like that q9 focus is technically a q9 with 2 perfect mods, but condition reduction mods are usually unwanted, especially on a core skin.
Kinda a similar situation with the crude shield, plus its highish req at q11
