a friend of mine has this and when I saw it, I told him it might be worth a little. Now I would like to know if that's actually true or if I made him thirsty for those ectos for no reason ;-).

probably caus its single mod and non-perfect

I remember he mentioned it was possible but then again I don't think he actually tried
It's old school from proph or factions, not a insc drop from nightfall or eotn, you can't mod os shields wands or focuses
Oh okay, I thought there is one mod you can and one you can't change on OS uninscriptable shields. With the one mod not exchangeable being the one that would be the inscription usually

OS shields wands and focuses can't be modded.
The "inscription"ish part on os staves and martial weapons *cannot be changed*, only prefix and suffix mods can be added to them.
