Ghost Forge insignias were bugged in the June 15, 2007 update. The description was changed to "Armor +15 (while affected by a Chant)." While newer insignias have the correct description, existing bugged insignias were never retroactively fixed. Such bugged old insignias will be also refused by Rune Traders.
