I really would like to have 2-3. It would be very helpfull for Pre-Searing storage.

but to my understanding selling account is not legal on terms of arenanet.

and nowadays if you log on on a new computer the owner of the emailaddress gets a code which needs to be entered ... -

The answer? Don't.
It's agains the rules of the game and it is very likely that either the account gets permanently locked or you get locked out due to TFA.Don't.
If you want an extra account, simply buy a new one in the official store.
