Do these sell to collectors? It's got a value of 400 and its one of the newer skins, even though it's not a very exciting one.

Agree with manuS .
What I and other x00g colleagues I know are paying like 150-300% of market value for the X00g. If an item is only an 5-10e item that extra % still doesn't add too much due to low base value . At the end it's a good sell for both sided most times.
5e items are then like 15e. Some people don't consider that and the time and effort is not worth it for them so merch is an possibly option on those items in some cases just as Manu stated.
Me I want lesser versions to be 200g to have the normal on 300 and the greater on 400g. So I would pass on it but wish you GL 🙂🤞
