q9 glacial blades

I got this dropped in EotN.
I was advised to sell it on this forum but i need 5 posts before i am allowed to list it in the selling forum.
However, i have no idea its worth and was hoping for some enligtenment. This post will hopefullt help to get to the 5 post limit aswell.
