Absolutely not. A celestial sword even OS, even DV, is not worth double digit arms. It's a hard sell (if it wasn't for the DV) and not worth more than 30-50e.

random q10-13 DV weapons can be sold for anywhere between 30 and 50e. Surely a perfect q9 celest will easily catch 10A if not more.

You might be right, I'd think it's a rather hard sell though for xxa.
